על מה חשוב לשים לב כשמשכירים רכב ב Express ?
ישנם נקודות חשובות אלהם צריך לשים לב כאשר שוכרים רכב בחברת Express :
- לוודא שהנהגים שירשמו בהזמנה הם נהגים עם וותק של רישיון מעל שנה !
- אף שאין גבולות בין מדינות של איחוד הארופה – אם אתם מתכוונים לחצות אותם – חייבים לידע את החברה !
- חייבים לדווח על כל נזק לרכב ( אפילו שאתם מכוסים בביטוח מלא) לחברה. כיסוי ביטוחי בתוקף אם וכאשר דווח על נזק נרשם בחברה.
- אין כיסוי ביטוחי אם הנזק נגרם במהלך נהיגה תחת השפעת אלכוהול סמים וכו'
- חייבים לדווח על כל שינוי בתאריכים שעות של השכרה דווח ישיר לחברה
- חברה לא מתחייבת לספק בדיוק הדגם מכונית שבחרתם – חברה מחוייבת לספק לכם מכונית מקבוצת רכבים שבחרתם
- לא מבצעים הזמנות "מהיום ל היום". לפחות 48 שעות לפני מועד קבלת הרכב
