לפנכם רשימה של סניפים ונקודות מפגש בהם מוסרים או מקבלים רכבים של EXPRESS . ברצוני להדגיש מספר נקודות חשובות בנוגע למפגש קבלה או מסירה של הרכב בחברתנו.
- כפי שתשימו לב, יש לנו לא מעט סניפים בהם באופן קבוע נמצא צוות של העובדים ( לפעמים מסביב לשעון ולפעמים בשעות עבודה מסוימות) וישנם מקומות בערים שונות בהם אנו מבצעים מסירה או קבלה של הרכבים מלקוחות . לכן, חובה לתאם הגעה , הקדמה או איחור בהחזרה דרך מוקד שירות הלקוחות. - החזרת הרכבים במקומות בהם ישנם סניפים\ דלפקים בשעות לא שיגרתיות לפעמים מתבצעם בעזרת ” תיבת המפתחות” בה אתם משירים מפתחות+מסמכים של הרכב+כרטיס חניון חנייה ( ברוב המקרים) . תקפידו להשיר רכב במקום מסומן בשלט ” EXPRESS “
- ללקוחות שלי , ברוב המקרים מתאפשרת קבלה או מסירת הרכב בכתובת של בית המלון \ דירה \ מקום מפגש שאינו מופיע ברשימה . ללא תשלום. כתובת למפגש עם הנהג צריך להופיע אצלכם בואוצ’ר בו אתם מחזיקים . במידה וזה מופיע על הואוצ’ר – נא לעדכן מוקד שירות הלקוחות.
- מומלץ ! ( לא חובה ) – להתקשר למוקד כשעה לפני קבלה \ החזרה של הרכב שלא במקום בו ישנו דלפק \ סניף של אקספרס ולתאם סופית פרטי המפגש. בהרבה מקרים גם שווה לבקש לקשר אותכם עם הנהג המגיע ולסכם איתו את כל הפרטים לסבירות רצונכם ורצונו
